Let’s talk about what really matters
I had a delightful stay filled with warmth and friendliness. The clean, well-decorated rooms offered excellent comfort. The staff really stood out with their helpfulness and charm. Although the restaurant had delays, the inviting bistro bar atmosphere made it a wonderful spot to unwind. A fine experience overall!

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! The ambiance was cozy, but the breakfast could use improvement—rubbery eggs were not the best. Overall, I had a lovely stay. 😊

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and visited the local shops, which were a hit. The staff were super friendly and made our stay a breeze. The food was delicious, especially the bar menu. Just a heads-up, breakfast isn't included, so plan accordingly!
The breakfast left a lot to be desired with cold food and rubbery eggs, which was disappointing.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

Comfortable Stay but Service Needs Improvement
The triple room was disappointing. it felt thrown together with a wobbly fold-out bed. The restaurant's food quality impressed, but the service lagged during peak hours.

The restaurant featured a vibrant ambiance with a variety of delicious meals that certainly elevated the experience. The spacious double or twin room provided a cute retreat with ample natural light, enhancing relaxation after a day of exploring.
The layout of the hotel can be confusing due to poor signage. The absence of air conditioning in the rooms might not suit everyone, especially during warmer months, and the parking facilities are cramped, which can feel chaotic during peak times. Breakfast choices were limited, charged at a flat rate regardless of what you ordered, which felt a bit steep for the selection provided.

The stay included a spacious and clean double room with an inviting atmosphere. The onsite spa provided a refreshing thermal suite, perfect for relaxation after a day exploring. The highlight was definitely the forge bar, offering delicious cocktails and live music that created a wonderful ambiance. However, it was frustrating that navigation through the hotel was made difficult by confusing signage, and the breakfast didn't meet expectations, with cold food and rubbery eggs. Lastly, the onsite restaurant had a nice layout but could have improved its menu variety.
